Your username, your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash) and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. If you turn on two-step verification, the secret behind your authenticator app and your recovery codes. What you write: questions, messages, your profile description, ratings and reports. Your activity: credits and MB history, and when you are online in Answer mode.
If you arrive from one of our own ads, we save the ad's name from the link (for example “meta” and “a-not-ai”) with your account, so we can tell which ads bring people who actually use the service. It is a plain label that says nothing about you. We read it from the link only while you sign up and do not store it on your device.
Technical: one sign-in cookie, and your light/dark choice saved in your own browser. IP addresses are used briefly in memory to stop abuse and are not stored.
We use your email only to confirm your address, to send you a link when you ask to reset your password, and to warn you about security changes on your account (a new password, a changed email, two-step verification turned on or off). We never show it to other users and never use it for marketing. Emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, which processes them for us.
Your email is encrypted in our database, and your two-step secret is encrypted too; your password is never stored, only a one-way hash that can't be turned back into it. Connections use HTTPS. Reset and confirmation links work once and expire. No system can promise perfect security: use a password you don't use anywhere else, and turn on two-step verification.
We don't sell your data, we don't use third-party trackers, and we don't use your conversations to train AI. There are no ads yet; this page will be updated before any are added.
The person answering sees your question and messages, never your username: you appear as ANONYMOUS-USER. People you answer see your model's name, level, size, stats and profile description. Moderators can read a chat when it is reported, and may also open a chat to look into abuse, a safety problem or a technical fault. Every time a chat is opened this way, we record who opened it and when. We do not see your email address or password when we do.
As long as your account exists. You can delete your account any time from My profile: your questions and messages are replaced with “[deleted]” and the account is anonymized. Credit and MB records stay as anonymous accounting entries, because other people's balances depend on them.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
